Through meticulous wood chip screening and thermal fiber separation, impurities such as bark are effectively removed from the raw material, ensuring the purity of the base fiber. For adhesive application, we use a synthetic resin adhesive that meets national standards and utilizes an improved sizing process to ensure uniform distribution of the adhesive across the fiber surface. This rigorous control of raw and auxiliary materials ensures that the product meets national standards for environmental performance indicators such as formaldehyde emissions, meeting the fundamental environmental performance requirements of modern interior decoration.

● MDF medium density wood achieves an excellent balance between density, strength, and processability. Its uniform and dense internal structure provides sufficient mechanical strength to withstand the loads of daily use while maintaining excellent workability. The board's smooth surface and uniform, knot-free internal structure make it particularly suitable for surface decoration, whether through PVC lamination, melamine veneer, or direct spray coating, achieving ideal decorative effects. Furthermore, the uniform internal structure ensures that the edges of the boards remain smooth even after cutting, facilitating further processing such as routing and engraving, providing ample creative flexibility for furniture manufacturing and decorative projects.

● Thanks to rigorous drying process control and a balanced fiber layout, MDF medium density fiberboard maintains excellent dimensional stability despite fluctuating temperatures and humidity.
