● Rubberwood, a sustainable hardwood resource, has established a strong position in the global timber market in recent years. The raw material for our rubber wood board is primarily sourced from rubber plantations in Southeast Asia that are over 25 years old and no longer produce rubber. This wood sourcing method essentially exploits agricultural byproducts, avoiding the need to clear virgin forests for timber, thus ensuring a strong environmental foundation for the product. Rubberwood's air-dry density places it in the upper-middle hardwood category, with a uniform wood structure and low shrinkage coefficient. We implement a staged drying process, first allowing natural curing to balance internal stresses, and then using technical means to precisely control moisture content. This process aims to prevent excessive expansion or contraction caused by humidity fluctuations during subsequent processing and use, providing downstream manufacturers with a more dimensionalally stable substrate and reducing quality risks associated with inherent wood deformation.

● In terms of physical properties and processing suitability, rubber wood board balances the seemingly conflicting qualities of hardness and workability. Its hardness ensures that finished furniture made from it, such as tables, chairs, bed frames, and cabinets, has good load-bearing capacity and impact resistance, and can withstand the wear and tear of daily use. At the same time, the straight and uniform fiber structure of rubberwood makes it relatively resistant to mechanical processing such as sawing, planing, and drilling, and is less likely to produce difficult-to-handle tears or burrs, thereby protecting the tools and improving production efficiency. More importantly, rubberwood boards have clear and evenly distributed pores and excellent absorption capacity for paints and dyes, making them easy to apply to various styles of surface coating. Whether it is varnished to retain its natural texture or covered with solid color paint, a smooth and rich finish can be achieved, which facilitates the development of diversified product lines for your customers.
