Products Description

● Composite Wood MDF uses wood fiber as its core raw material, primarily sourced from forestry processing residues, thinnings, and wood from fast-growing plantations. Processing includes crushing, screening, and fiber separation to ensure uniform raw material particles and impurities-free. This not only achieves efficient recycling of wood resources but also avoids product performance fluctuations caused by uneven raw material quality. During production, environmentally friendly urea-formaldehyde resin or modified urea-formaldehyde resin is used as the adhesive. Precisely controlled adhesive dosage ensures board bond strength while minimizing the release of harmful substances. Subsequent drying, laying, and hot-pressing processes utilize strict control over hot-pressing temperature, pressure, and time to ensure the perfect fusion of fiber and adhesive, resulting in a dense, uniform board.

●  The entire production process operates on an automated production line, minimizing human error and ensuring consistent quality across each batch, providing wholesale customers with a reliable, long-term supply of basic materials. MDF possesses excellent physical and mechanical properties. Its uniform density distribution is free of the defects of natural wood, such as knots, wormholes, and uneven grain. Its smooth surface allows for direct secondary processing, such as veneer, painting, and engraving, without the need for complex additional surface treatments. This significantly reduces production processes and costs for downstream processing companies. The board exhibits excellent dimensional stability in both dry and wet environments, and is less susceptible to warping, cracking, and deformation. It is suitable for a variety of applications, including interior furniture, decoration, and packaging. Furthermore, its dense internal structure offers balanced load-bearing and impact resistance. Compared to other wood-based panels, it is less susceptible to chipping and cracking during processing, improving yield rates. This makes it particularly suitable for wholesale customers engaged in mass production, ensuring production efficiency and consistent product quality.

● Our company's composite wood MDF strictly adheres to the national "Medium Density Fiberboard" standard and relevant industry regulations, establishing a comprehensive quality control system from raw material procurement to finished product shipment. Before incoming raw materials are stored, they undergo multiple tests, including moisture content and impurity content, to ensure they meet production requirements. During production, key performance parameters such as board density, thickness deviation, static bending strength, and elastic modulus are monitored in real time to prevent substandard products from entering the market. Before shipment, finished products undergo appearance inspection and environmental performance testing. Formaldehyde emissions meet the national E1 environmental standard, ensuring direct indoor use and meeting the environmental compliance requirements of downstream customers. Furthermore, the products have passed relevant quality certifications, and all performance indicators meet industry-leading standards, providing reliable quality assurance to wholesale customers and reducing their procurement risks.
