● This eco particle board uses wood shavings as its core raw material, primarily sourced from leftover scraps from timber processing and thinnings from fast-growing forests. By rationally recycling wood resources, this reduces both raw material waste and reliance on natural forests, aligning with ecological principles. The wood shavings are screened and graded, with different shaving sizes selected based on the functional requirements of the board's various components. Fine shavings are used for the surface layer to ensure a smooth and even surface, facilitating subsequent finishing. Coarse shavings are used for the core layer to enhance the board's overall structural strength and create a well-defined internal pore structure, improving both sound and thermal insulation. Environmentally friendly urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive is added during the raw material mixing process, with the adhesive dosage strictly controlled within industry standards. A low-temperature curing process reduces formaldehyde emissions, ensuring the board meets environmental standards for interior decoration materials. All raw materials are dried to maintain an optimal moisture content within the shavings, preventing deformation and cracking after forming due to uneven moisture content. This ensures a stable quality base material for wholesale customers.

● The eco particle board's production strictly adheres to national board processing standards, with multiple quality control steps in place from raw material pretreatment to finished product shipment. During the raw material pretreatment stage, magnetic separation equipment is used to remove metal impurities from the wood to prevent damage to the equipment during subsequent processing and to ensure that there are no foreign objects inside the board. Automated glue mixing equipment is used in the wood shavings-glue mixing process to ensure that the adhesive and wood shavings are evenly mixed, avoiding excessive or insufficient amounts of glue in certain areas that could affect the strength and environmental friendliness of the board. During the hot pressing process of the board, the hot pressing temperature and pressure are precisely controlled to ensure that the wood shavings and adhesive are fully combined to form a stable board structure, while also avoiding carbonization of the board surface or internal loosening due to improper hot pressing parameters. During the cooling stage of the finished product, a combination of natural cooling and fan-assisted cooling is used to avoid internal stress in the board due to large temperature differences, reducing the risk of deformation during subsequent use. Each batch of products is sampled for environmental performance testing and physical performance testing. They can only be shipped after the test results meet the standards. The test report is included with the goods to provide compliance certificates for downstream sales to wholesale customers.
